Surgery-General opening in Birmingham, Alabama. Medical Group is looking for a full time BE/BC General Surgeon to join its team. Position Highlights:

• 3 physicians and 1 PA in group
• Single specialty
• Employment agreement, pathway to partnership
• Sign on bonus, moving expense
• Medical, Dental, Vision, plus 401K
• American trained only
• Practice opened in 1975
• 5 exam rooms
• General surgery block time
• Patients seen per day: 5-20 in clinic; 3-4 clinics per week
• E clinical works EMR
• Physicians go to rural hospitals to grow practice
• Typical day: rounding before clinic, clinic, home after clinic
• Call 1:4 for weeknights and weekends
• No buy in
