• Employment Type: TravelMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience with at least 2 years working in Level I or Level II facility. Requested time off is accepted. The Cardiac Step-Down Preceptor RN provides direct care to patients with cardiac conditions requiring close monitoring but who are stable enough to not require intensive care. In addition to clinical duties, the Preceptor RN serves as an educator and mentor to new nurses, ensuring they are competent in cardiac nursing protocols, patient management, and unit procedures. The preceptor plays a pivotal role in the training and development of staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.Prolink Job ID #479630.
