We Are Hiring:Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000.00Department: Med/surgSchedule: Full Time Days, 3'12 Hour Shifts, 7a.m. to 7p.m.Hospital: St. Vincent's EastLocation: Birmingham, AL6 East, Medical-Surgical, is a 23-bed unit that focuses on patients who have medical diagnoses such as hypoglycemia/ hyperglycemia, hypotension/ hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, confusion, pneumonia, diverticulitis, COPD, stroke, and respiratory illness.What You Will Do:Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.What You Will Need:Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
