Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline:RN - Start Date:08/04/2025 - Duration:13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:12 hours, nights - Employment Type:Travel Travel RN – CSICU/CSU – Nights | 13 Weeks | Start: 08/04/2025 We’re currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionateTravel Registered Nursefor aCardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU)andCardiac Stepdown Unit (CSU)assignment. This is anight shiftposition with36 hours/week, every other weekend, and holiday coverage as required. Pay Package: - Gross Weekly Pay:$2,128 (based on 36 hours) - Taxable Rate:$24.50/hr - Stipend:$1,246/week Assignment Details: - Contract Length:13 weeks - Start Date:Aug 4, 2025 - Shift:Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) - Guaranteed Hours:36 - Schedule:Every other weekend, holidays as needed - Float Requirement:Must be willing to float to other units/hospitals Unit Information: - CSICU:4-bed unit focused on post-operative recovery of adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical conditions. Requires complex invasive hemodynamic monitoring and high-level clinical proficiency. - CSU:8-bed stepdown unit for patients recovering from cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgery. - Support:Dedicated cardiovascular educator and a collaborative, patient-centered care team. Requirements: - License:Active RN license in Alabama or compact state (No temporary licenses accepted; must be in NURSYS) - Certifications (Required): - AHA BLS - AHA NIHSS or Red Cross equivalent - Experience: - Minimum of 2 years RN experience preferred - Will consider 18 months of total RN experience with at least 1 year in CSICU or similar specialty Dress Code: - Solid Navy Scrubs EMR: - Meditech If you're a dependable, experienced RN ready for your next high-impact travel role, we’d love to hear from you!
