About The Position We are seeking a highly skilled Physician specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine for a locum tenens position through Barton Associates to fill an opening at a hospital in Florida. This 30-day assignment starts on 07/21/2025, with a work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, plus 24-hour call coverage. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing 24-30 ultrasounds daily, handling 15-25 consultations (including 12 new consultants daily), and reading 50-55 ultrasounds per day. Additional responsibilities include conducting fetal echocardiograms, amniocentesis, and managing cases involving isoimmunization, preeclampsia, and placental abnormalities. This position offers the possibility of remote ultrasound readings and potential extension beyond the initial assignment period.
