Proficiency in Spanish and either full or provisional licensure in counseling or social work is essential. Primary Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Deliver customized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client, promoting healing and resilience. Create comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and empowerment in their mental health journey. Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights to enhance client care. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest standards of professional accountability. Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide a holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related discipline. Possess a provisional license if required by state regulations. Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing. Demonstrate a passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health, including access to free supervision and continuing education. Eager to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families. Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently. Bilingual (Spanish speaking required ).
