Job Description Position: Occupational Medicine Physician Type: Hospital Employed, Full-Time Location: On Hospital Campus Setting: 100% Outpatient Schedule: - Monday to Friday, - 4-day WW every other week - No call requirements Team: Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Equipment and Services: - On-site lab and x-ray - Services include workers' compensation, drug and alcohol testing, physical exams, and vaccinations - Focus on prevention and partnerships with local employers to deliver convenient and cost-effective occupational health services Certifications Required: - DOT (Department of Transportation) - MRO (Medical Review Officer) Compensation and Benefits: - Salary plus Incentive Program - Starting Salary Range: $250,000 - $300,000, DOE - Signing Bonus: $50,000 - PTO: 20 days per year - CME: 5 days plus $4,000 - Insurance: Paid malpractice insurance, Health, Dental, Vision - Retirement: 401(k) plan - Relocation Assistance: $5,000 for individual, $10,000 for family
