Officer for Prisons acts as the clinical cornerstone of this

Lead and mentor a dedicated team of physicians and advanced

accountability, and clinical excellence. - Ensure patients receive
the highest quality care through consistent oversight,
evidence-based standards, and a commitment to continuous
improvement. - Guide Utilization Management and policy development
to promote efficient, patient-centered decision-making across all
facilities. - Support provider growth and engagement through
recruitment, coaching, and hands-on collaboration with NaphCare’s
innovative TechCare™ EHR platform. - Partner with executive and
operations leaders to shape the future of NaphCare’s clinical
programs and expand access to compassionate, community-based care.
