registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

nurse with stepdown experience to provide high-quality care in a
supportive clinical environment. This contract position in

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit,
managing cases such as pneumonia and other common diagnoses Utilize
Epic for accurate and timely patient charting Collaborate
effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient
outcomes Float as needed within related units or the float pool to
support varying patient care demands Adhere to safety and clinical
protocols, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS standards Maintain
nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4 for attentive, personalized care
Desired Experience and Qualifications: Current RN licensure with
stepdown clinical experience Certification or proficiency in BLS,
ACLS, and NIHSS Familiarity with Epic electronic health record
systems Ability to adapt to flexible floating assignments within
unit specialties Comfortable managing complex patient conditions in
a fast-paced environment Schedule and Hours: 12-hour day shifts, 36
hours per week Every other weekend schedule, no on-call
