Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments and
creating tailored treatment plans for adult and elderly patients,
all under the guidance of Therapy Leadership. Key duties include
providing direct patient care and overseeing rehabilitation
technicians and assistants, while ensuring compliance with state
regulations and departmental guidelines. This role necessitates
appropriate licensure, certification, physical endurance, and a

Working under the general oversight of Therapy Leadership and
adhering to departmental protocols regarding referrals and
treatment standards, you will conduct objective assessments and
develop comprehensive treatment plans for adult and geriatric
patients. You will be responsible for direct patient supervision
and will provide indirect oversight to rehabilitation technicians,
as well as general supervision of physical therapy assistants in
accordance with state practice regulations. All responsibilities

Job Overview: Under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership
and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
regarding referrals and treatment standards, you will perform
objective assessments and create individualized treatment plans for
adult and geriatric patients. You will oversee direct patient care,
provide indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians, and
offer general supervision to physical therapy assistants, all while
adhering to state practice regulations. Your work will reflect our
mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in
Physical Therapy. Licensure: A current or temporary license to
practice Physical Therapy in the relevant state. Certifications:
BLS certification is required, and all necessary certifications
must be up-to-date before you can independently care for patients.
Preferred Experience: Ideally, candidates will have six months to
one year of experience as a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, with
a preference for experience in caring for adult and geriatric
populations. Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the
ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
Additionally, prolonged standing and walking are required during
shifts, along with the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist,
