Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist
to support elementary students in a school setting located in Troy,
OH. This position provides a focused caseload and the chance to
make a meaningful impact on young learners' development during the
current school year. Responsibilities include working closely with
two students to deliver individualized OT services, collaborating
with educators to integrate therapeutic strategies within the
classroom, and documenting progress according to established
guidelines. Candidates will need to dedicate approximately 175
minutes per month, with opportunities for additional hours. Key
qualifications and skills: Licensed Occupational Therapist with
experience in pediatric or school-based practice Knowledge of
evidence-based OT interventions tailored to elementary-aged
children Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment
plans Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers,
parents, and school staff Flexibility to meet scheduling needs
within the contract period This part-time contract is expected to
begin immediately and run through the 2025-2026 school year, with a
competitive pay rate of $45 to $55 per hour based on experience.
