Position: Associate Dentist We are currently in search of an Associate Dentist to become a vital part of our expanding team. Here’s what you can anticipate: Engage with the community and take part in initiatives that enhance our organization’s positive reputation! Participate in morning meetings (feel free to take the lead!), organize your day, and express gratitude towards your team while showcasing excellent examples of customer service and teamwork. Work primarily with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic! Your Role As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver vital dental services to our patients, supported by a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants for each provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on the location) An office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A variety of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors This position offers opportunities for growth and development through mentorship and collaboration What We Provide We believe in recognizing our team members for their hard work and commitment.
