Clinical & Compliance Officer Summary: As the largest pediatric
clinic in Jacksonville, serving nine locations with nearly 20,000
patients, Angel Kids Pediatrics believes that caring for children

environment. Angel Kids is seeking a full-time ARNP/PA, to join our
team located at one of our pediatric clinics in Jacksonville. They
will work under the supervision of physicians to plan, evaluate,
and provide care. This position is responsible for providing
advanced nursing care to newborns, children, and adolescents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In a physician’s office setting
performs duties including but not limited to promoting healthy
habits and proven practices for preventive care. Exhibits a high
degree of courtesy, tact, and poise when interacting with patients,
families, and other healthcare professionals. Participates in
quality improvement and utilization review activities. Recording
comprehensive health stories Ordering and interpreting laboratory
and diagnostic tests Establishing treatment plans QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing
Must possess a current Florida license Minimum of two years of
Pediatric experience. Demonstrated competence in reacting to and
handling emergencies. Able to work collaboratively with multiple
health professionals in a busy and complex environment using tact,
diplomacy, and discipline. Strong charting/documentation skills.
Ability to understand and adhere to established policies,
procedures, and protocols. Excellent written and oral communication
skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical
skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Versatility,
flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing
priorities with enthusiasm COMPETENCIES: Customer Service Manages

professional medical office environment. This job also operates in
a fast paced, highly customer service environment, working with
Children and Family/ Guardian’s.This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones as well
as medical equipment. Physical Demands While performing the duties
and responsibilities of office manager, you will be required to
stand, walk or sit for long hours. The employee must be able to
occasionally move or lift at least 20 lbs. The employee must be
able to communicate efficiently in front of large or small crowds.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision,
distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception
and the ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of
Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. varied shifts to be
discussed. Rotating weekend day is required. Rotating After-Hours
call.
