Job Description Position Overview Pay range: $170,000 - $220,318
/ year Sign-on bonus: $45,000 new hire sign-on bonus may be
available and a $10,000 yearly incentive (paid monthly) may be

of over 200 CRNAs manages 100,000 cases annually at more than 150
anesthetizing locations across Birmingham and central Alabama. From

experience a wide variety of cases, in both inpatient and
outpatient settings. From cancer and transplantation to trauma and
same-day surgery, plus diagnostic and complex interventional
cardiac, radiologic, and GI procedures, our CRNAs work as a part of
our interdisciplinary care teams to deliver the highest-quality
care for our patients. Job Description To provide anesthesia under
the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical
procedures and diagnostic tests. To participate in clinical
instruction of nurse anesthesia students. Qualifications Graduate
from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required. Work
experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently
certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with Certified
Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Specialty by the Alabama Board
of Nursing required. Currently certified with Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) required. Currently certified with Basic Life
Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
Currently certified with Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
from the American Heart Association (AHA) required. Why Work at UAB
