Registered Nurse (RN) | Surgical Intensive Care Unit Location: Birmingham, AL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,838 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Neuro/Surgical ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1830 - 0700 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: RN Licensure Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Neuro and Surgical ICU experience Description: Position available for an experienced Registered Nurse in the Neuro/Surgical Intensive Care Unit. The role involves managing patients with neurological and surgical needs. The unit is equipped with ventilators, art lines, and central venous lines. Patient ratios in the unit are typically 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3. Nurses will float as needed within the scope of practice. Experience with EMR systems is preferred, specifically Cerner. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate will fit well within a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
