Full-Time Only Shift: M - F 11p-7a Join us at Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama in Northport, AL, as an RN Clinical Coordinator and make a real difference in patient care. Shifts: M - F 11p-7a Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality care for residents. * Support and guide nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth. * Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. * Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. * Foster a positive environment focused on resident well-being and satisfaction.
