Job Description:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay: $29.50–$31.70 per hour
Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Shifts: 12-hour shifts Nights Shift

dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing
team.&Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)As an LPN , you will
provide direct nursing care to residents while working
collaboratively with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary
care team. This role is essential to supporting residents'
recovery, comfort, and overall well-being in our long-term care and
rehabilitation setting.Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by physicians Monitor, document, and report changes in
residents' health status, including vital signs Assist residents
with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing,
and feeding as needed Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to
support recovery goals, including physical, occupational, and
speech therapy plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
Provide emotional support and education to residents and their
families Ensure a safe, clean environment by following infection
control and safety protocols &Current and valid Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) license Strong clinical skills, including
medication administration and wound care Compassionate,
