RN is responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment. RN is responsible for promotion of collaboration with all members of health care team. RN Care Team Leader develops work plan and provides clear directions and expectations for care partner. Qualifications for the job Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Alabama. Ability to proform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively. Effective interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with patient and families. Knowledge of safety standards, infection control and quailty inprovement. Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice, assessment and planning activities, technical expertise and delegation skills to provide effective nursing care for assigned patients.
