Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing
in Med/Surg with a focus on neuro acute care. The role requires
providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must have experience in handling neuro and post-stroke
patients. Dysphagia screenings and stroke assessments are essential
skills for this role. Familiarity with BCMA and strong time
management abilities are necessary. Effective interdisciplinary
communication is crucial for success in this position. The unit has
24 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6. General hospital equipment for
an acute care unit will be utilized. Ideal candidates will
demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in all interactions.
Dress code requires navy blue scrubs with compliance to relevant
guidelines. Shoes must be closed-toed and backed. This role
involves a weekend rotation of every third weekend. Candidates
should be prepared to float to other units within the acute care
