opportunity for professional growth General Urology practice, able
to support subspecialty focus Resources include Da Vinci Si & Xi
robotics Dedicated support staff includes 2 LPNs, 1 RN, 1 CT/X-ray
technician, and 2 MAs Benefit from ownership interest in a
lithotripsy unit, offering additional income potential Receive
family-friendly relocation support to help you transition smoothly
Schedule Multiple days of blocked surgical time between the
hospital and ambulatory surgery center Dedicated Monday and
Thursday robotic surgery blocks, with flexibility to expand Shared
call rotation averaging 3-5 days per month Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary starting at $600,000 - $700,000, with a
production bonus opportunity Total earnings exceed $1,000,000
$1,200 call stipend for anything over 7 days $200,000 Sign-on bonus
