Job Description:

opportunity for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to
join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality medical
care with an innovative approach tailored to meet the unique
healthcare needs of a diverse inmate population. Our commitment is

rewarding environment. Administer routine and emergency medical
care as prescribed. Conduct health assessments and contribute to
the patient care planning process. Monitor patients for changes in
condition and communicate updates to the appropriate medical
personnel. Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality and
accuracy. Educate patients on their conditions and participate in
health programs designed to promote inmate health and prevent
disease. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams within
the facility. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
efficiently in a high-stress environment Good decision-making and
problem-solving skills Proficient in clinical documentation and
health information systems Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
license in the state of practice CPR Certification Understanding of
applicable nursing standards and protocols
