Job Description:

Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) for assignments in Birmingham,
Alabama. This position caters to RNs who are enthusiastic about
delivering top-notch care and want to positively impact patient
outcomes in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able
to monitor patients, interpret data, and work effectively in
fast-paced settings while maintaining a high level of
professionalism and adherence to healthcare standards. Monitor and
record patients' vital signs, and report abnormalities. Interpret
data from cardiac monitors and other equipment to inform patient
care decisions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to create
and implement effective patient care plans. Educate patients and
families on management of their condition. Administer medications
and treatments safely and effectively. Maintain accurate patient
records and documentation. Proficient in using telemetry equipment.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle
high-stress situations calmly. Experience with electronic health
record systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
