DAY SHIFT | LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
| 7a–7p | 12-Hour Shifts The Good Stuff — At a Glance Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

for every single day. As a Day Shift LPN , you’ll build meaningful
relationships, provide hands-on care, and play a vital role in
supporting resident recovery and comfort — all while enjoying a
consistent daytime schedule. What You’ll Do: Monitor vital signs
including temperature, blood pressure, and other clinical
indicators Perform basic patient care tasks (bandaging, catheter
care, etc.) Observe residents for changes in condition, mood, or
behavior and report concerns appropriately Administer medications
and immunizations as prescribed Prepare residents for treatments
and explain physician-ordered procedures Support and mentor
CNAs/NA’s to ensure optimal resident care Document care accurately
in the electronic medical record system Qualifications: Current
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Graduate of
accredited school of practical nursing Basic nursing competency
skills Experience with electronic medical records preferred Meets
all Federal and State licensure requirements Benefits for Full-Time
