Job Description:
Great opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Physician to join a large FQHC just about 1 hr NE of Birmingham, AL
- Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Physician - Full-time Permanent position - Schedule is Mon-Fri
8am-5pm - Call rotation is minimum and by phone only - Approx.
22-25 patients per day - MA or LPN available as support staff - EMR
used is EPIC - You will collaborate with at least 3 NP's - Must be
able to obtain Medicaid, Medicare and Blue Cross provider numbers -
