Job Description Company Description OCCUPATIONAL AND REHABILITATION CENTER (ORC) is a well-established outpatient rehabilitation and wellness clinic serving Northeast Florida and the Jacksonville area for over 38 years. With multiple locations, including Southside, Northside, and Orange Park-Westside, the center is dedicated to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. ORC's experienced team includes a Board Certified Medical Doctor, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, licensed nurses, and other healthcare professionals who collaborate efficiently in delivering high-quality care. The center specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry) and Physical Therapy. Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Collaborating Physical Therapist based in Jacksonville, FL, requiring some on-site activities. The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations, assess physical therapy needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective rehabilitation and recovery. This position will also involve occasional on-site responsibilities. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Strong skills in Medicine, with a focus on physiotherapy and patient health outcomes Proficiency in developing treatment plans Experience with rehabilitation in outpatient setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Active Physical Therapist license in Florida Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field Previous experience in outpatient rehabilitation is a plus
