qualifications will not be considered. Provide expert nursing care
in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, delivering specialized support
to critically ill newborns. This position offers a dynamic
environment where compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses can make
a meaningful impact on tiny lives requiring intensive monitoring
and care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care
to neonatal patients in a 32-bed NICU with a 3:1 patient ratio
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and
implement individualized care plans Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate
charting and patient documentation Maintain compliance with unit
protocols and safety standards, including infection control
Participate in ongoing education and skills development relevant to
neonatal intensive care Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 2 years NICU
experience Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life
Support (BLS) certifications required Strong critical thinking and
communication skills Commitment to maintaining professional
appearance: navy scrubs and natural nails, no gel, acrylic, or
embellishments Ability to work PM shifts with 36 guaranteed weekly
hours and alternating weekends (24 hours) Work Location and
