This position involves providing critical care to patients in emergency situations, managing a high-stress, fast-paced environment, and working closely with a team of medical professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes. As part of our dedicated healthcare staffing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in diverse settings and gain enriching experiences. Provide immediate medical attention to emergency room patients in various states of trauma and urgency. Assess, triage, and manage patient care based on severity. Administer medications, perform interventions, and maintain patient records. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other medical staff. Educate patients and their families on discharge instructions and follow-up care. Proficiency in emergency room clinical skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of Alabama or eligible for reciprocity. Current BLS and ACLS certification.
