We are growing!

The S & A Group is looking to add to our amazing team for our Hoover office.

Must be able to meet required deadlines, have prior sales management, and customer service experience, or be willing to learn and have a positive mindset.

At S & A Group, we have a clientele base that contacts us directly (NO COLD CALLS or DOOR to DOOR required) wanting to know if they qualify for our insurance, so we qualify our potential clients and see how we can help them.

This is a very fast pace office and we need an outstanding, go-getter who has the ability to keep up with a growing company and can handle pressure with ease.

Responsibilities:
--- Make contact with new customers through outbound calls
--- Assess the needs of customers and extend solutions
--- Build excellent customer relations
--- Maintain and manage customer account

Qualifications:
--- Must be self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic
--- Must have previous customer service experience
--- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
--- High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
--- Positive attitude
--- Must have a phone, laptop, and quiet workspace
