Qualifications 2–4 years of kitchen leadership experience in a
high-volume, full-service restaurant Strong scratch-cooking
fundamentals with a focus on consistency and execution Proven
ability to lead, train, and support line cooks and prep teams
Hands-on leadership style — works the line, leads “elbow to elbow”
with the team Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and
kitchen organization Ability to maintain quality, speed, and
composure during peak service and game-day volume Willingness to
work nights, weekends, and high-volume event days Must pass a
background check and drug screen post-offer Sous Chef—Preferred
Background & Skills Leadership style rooted in accountability,
