Manager, you are the leader of your market. You’ll own the strategy
that drives business growth, ensures client "wow" moments, and
maintains the highest standards of operational integrity. You

Strategic Growth: Scout new business opportunities and expand our
footprint while keeping current clients thrilled. Operational
Excellence: Lead the charge on everything from venue best practices
to workplace safety, ensuring every event runs like clockwork.
People Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of Account Managers and
Supervisors. You’ll be responsible for the "full lifecycle" of our
talent—from the first interview to the final promotion. Financial
Stewardship: Manage budgets, analyze performance indicators, and
