- Enroll employees in applicable benefits programs.
- Pay benefits invoices and balance to payroll on a monthly
- Handle management of the company payroll including processing
and maintaining payroll information, coordinating with regional
office administrators to validate employees time and pay and
liaising with internal departments involved in the process such as
- Assist with open enrollment for each benefit plan.
- Serve as contact for benefits questions and issues.
- Administer health and welfare plans including enrollments and
- Track all FMLA occurrences and ensures compliance with all
- Update the HRIS system as necessary.
- Provide great internal customer service.
- At least three years of payroll experience is required.
- Experience with ADP payroll system a plus.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including
- Must have excellent communication and organizational

- Knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
- Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and
