Job Description:
This role is best suited for a motivated self-starter, who
thrives in ambiguity, and brings insights and recommendations to
the campus teams. Project management skills are essential and
ability to partner with cross-functional teams. Responsible for the
planning and execution of National Campus Recruiting programs and
initiatives. Will serve as an early talent subject matter expert
for recruiters and the business. Work closely with recruitment
leadership and business to design a consistent and streamlined
recruiting approach to achieve demand. Team with recruiters,
Deloitte corporate citizenship and business to drive recruiting
efforts that increase an inclusive student pipeline. Leverage
recruiting expertise to influence key internal stakeholders on
recruitment activities.
Work You'll Do
The Team
The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and
across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into
the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and
executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle
recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and
type of hire - campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing
Director recruiting. This role sits on the TA Innovations &
Solutions team within Talent Acquisition.

Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable
estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation
range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada
and takes into account the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including but not
limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and
certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The
disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable
geographic differential associated with the location at which the
position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their
role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range is $78,000 to $144,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual
incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program,
whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including,
without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
