Job Description Job Description Office Manager Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Office Manager for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that employee records are accurate, recruitment logistics run smoothly, and our team receives timely support. Pay Rate $20.00 Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm. Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities • Administrative Support: Maintain electronic and paper personnel files, ensuring 100% compliance with data privacy regulations. • Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews, correspond with candidates, and assist with posting job openings on various boards. • Data Entry: changes in employee status, compensation, or contact information. • General Inquiries: Act as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, or basic procedures. Office Manager Qualifications and Requirements • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role (HR experience is a plus, but not required if you are a quick learner). • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quick Books. • Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity. • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. • Organization: The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without losing track of the details.
