Koch Foods, a leader in the poultry processing industry, is seeking a Plant HR Manager to oversee and enhance the human resources operations at one of our key facilities. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide high-quality poultry products through effective management of our human capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with overall organizational objectives. Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring staffing levels meet production demands. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation programs. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and organizational policies. Handle employee relations issues, fostering a conducive work environment for all employees. Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR issues that affect organizational performance. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures and legal regulations. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Proficient in HRIS and payroll software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities Ability to analyze data and provide insights for organizational development Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PHR or SPHR certification preferred Training in employment law and employee relations is advantageous.
