Job Description:

As a Solution Architect working remotely in the US, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing client solutions while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
Contribution to RFP responses, proposals and client pitches with persuasively written solution overviews, among other response assets, are essential. In this role, you will develop a deep knowledge of TTEC services, capabilities and products across the entire organization and work to bring them together in compelling solution design for our existing and new logo sales efforts.
You'll report to a Senior Advisor, Solutioning Architecture. You will help contribute to the success of the business by creating solutions and being in close partnership with the Proposal and Sales colleagues to win new business and drive growth.
Understand buyer requirements and translate them into a detailed, compelling solution offering, implementation approach, solution overview, and cost estimate by leveraging TTEC processes, governance framework and using the right collection of offerings from TTEC and its internal partner network
Work in partnership with the sales team to design a solution that aligns to the value proposition (business outcomes and business case)
Coordinate and lead all solution design inputs from across all TTEC stakeholders and work with pricing to develop a commercial offer
Follow TTEC processes and use developed toolsets (Asana, Qvidian, excel, word, .This could include a request for proposal responses, online proposal submissions, and other client-specific formats

Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively up, down and across the organization

The anticipated range is $95,000 - $105,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
