Job Type:RegularWork Location:Walmart 762 - Birmingham, AL 35206Overview:2020 Companies is now hiring a Wireless Sales Trainer!Pay: Starting at $60,000Location: Remote work + travel regionally to train in-storeSchedule: Weekends required when training in-storeThe Wireless Sales Trainer is responsible for the facilitation of sales training and needs analysis/measurement of new sales representatives on a variety of sales and compliance-related topics. This role will effectively deliver a comprehensive program for new sales representatives that incorporates a rich curriculum to guarantee sales readiness and competency. The Trainer will design, develop and implement training curricula through the uses of multiple resources including audio, printed material, video, and web-based material.What's in it for You?Weekly paySalary starting at $60,000 per year based on candidate experienceWork remotely, and travel monthly to markets in regionNext day pay on-demand with DailyPayEligible for health, dental, and vision benefitsEligible to participate in 401kPaid time off$30 Mobile ReimbursementApparel and equipment providedScholarship Opportunities for employees and direct family membersEmployee Assistance ProgramLeadership Development ProgramEmployees Special Pricing for multiple clientsJob Description:Responsible for the training and development of sales personnel on product knowledge, sales tool usage, sales skills, etc.Effectively develop customized sales training for multiple clients and sales channels as well as new tools/programs to accelerate the learning curve of sales staffAccurately present compliance-related new hire orientation materials and appropriate mentoring program to newly-hired sales team membersEffectively support the readiness requirements of the sales team through new product rollout trainingConduct pre-training conference calls with class attendees to discuss training expectations and travel guidelinesEfficiently manage post-training activities including grading assessments, shipping signed compliance documents to HR, and communicating final training attendance roster to appropriate departmentsConduct in-field observations to identify opportunities of improvement or areas of excellence; report findings to Training Manager and Sales Supervisor/Manager as appropriatePerform all other duties as assignedPerformance Measurements:Effectively design training materials to enhance the overall learning experience and facilitate adult learning; include: lesson objectives, instructional strategy, delivery media and assessment as well as business purpose, target population, course objectives, course maps, task analysis plan, and assessment planPromptly provide accurate and complete training class summaries/documentation at the conclusion of each session to close the on-boarding loopConduct 2-4 hours of in-field observations monthlyQualifications:Bachelor degree or higher in Education, Business, or related field2 years outside sales experience3-5 years of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/ telecommunicationsProven track record in employee performance improvementAbility to perform independently with strong decision making skillsStrong multi-tasking skills and customer service orientationCreative curriculum design utilizing technology-based tools and processesAbility to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with companys needsImpeccable oral, verbal and written communications and presentation skillsAdvanced PowerPoint skillsExperience with computer based training tools such as: Captivate, Flash, Knowledge Planet, and other technologies that enhance the training experienceAbility to travel extensivelyWhat You Can Expect From 2020 CompaniesWe welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
