Job Description:
Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Assistant Security
Director to augment our leadership team in the Security & Law
Enforcement sector. This pivotal role will support our mission of
delivering bespoke security solutions with an emphasis on integrity
and client satisfaction. Based primarily in our aviation and events
operations, the Assistant Security Director will oversee a diverse
team and ensure effective security management that aligns with our
high standards and client expectations. Assist the Security
Director in developing and implementing overall security
procedures. Oversee daily operations of security personnel across
various sites, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
Collaborate with management to continuously assess and mitigate
potential security risks. Plan and coordinate security operations
for specific events based on client needs and venue specifics. Lead
training sessions and briefings for security staff to enhance
skills and ensure compliance with current security protocols.
Manage relationships with clients to ensure their security
requirements are met and to foster trust. Prepare reports and
maintain detailed records on incident responses, staff performance,
and security breaches. Stay informed of latest security protocols
and technology advancements within the industry. In-depth knowledge
of security protocols and procedures Strong leadership and team
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in risk management and crisis response Ability to
multitask and manage multiple priorities in a high-stress
environment Tech-savvy with a good understanding of security
infrastructure and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
preferred Certification in Crisis Management (CCM) is a plus
