Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant with experience in insurance defense to join our Jacksonville, FL office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, ideal for a professional looking to leverage their legal support skills in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys in insurance defense matters Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings Manage case files, maintain calendars, and schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings Conduct basic legal research and organize discovery materials Utilize ProLaw to manage cases, documents, and billing accurately Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of insurance defense experience in a litigation environment Proficiency with ProLaw required Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency Why Join LHH: Opportunity to join a respected firm with a strong insurance defense practice Temp-to-hire position allows you to showcase your skills for long-term placement Collaborative and professional work environment Benefits include medical, dental, vision and more How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit a resume highlighting relevant litigation and insurance defense experience.
