Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking a detail-oriented
Litigation Legal Assistant with experience in insurance defense to
join our Jacksonville, FL office. This is a temp-to-hire
opportunity, ideal for a professional looking to leverage their
legal support skills in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and
litigation support to attorneys in insurance defense matters Draft,
format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and
pleadings Manage case files, maintain calendars, and schedule
hearings, depositions, and client meetings Conduct basic legal
research and organize discovery materials Utilize ProLaw to manage
cases, documents, and billing accurately Communicate effectively
with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of insurance defense experience in a litigation
environment Proficiency with ProLaw required Strong organizational,
communication, and time-management skills Ability to work
independently and as part of a collaborative team Detail-oriented
