Job Description Job Description Job Overview: Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation team, focusing on construction litigation or commercial and financial services litigation, including class action and real estate matters, with title insurance experience considered a plus. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle commercial litigation matters with a primary focus on construction-related disputes (OR) Experience handling class action lawsuits and real estate litigation; experience with title insurance matters is a plus. Manage cases independently from inception through resolution Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings Qualifications: 4-8 years of experience in commercial litigation Demonstrated experience specifically in construction litigation Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a legal team Admission to the New Jersey Bar required; admission to NY and/or PA Bar is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range of $154,000 - $185,000 based on experience Eligibility for discretionary performance bonuses Comprehensive life, health, accident, and disability insurance Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) retirement plan and professional growth opportunities Company Description Synectics is a leading staffing and workforce solutions company dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with top organizations.
