Job Description:
Job Description We are currently looking for dedicated and
dependable Production Associate to join our team in a full-time,
temp-to-hire capacity. In this position, you will be tasked with
operating a range of machinery utilized in the manufacturing of
plastic goods, such as filament, blown film, and straw lines. Your
main objective will be to ensure effective, top-notch, and secure
manufacturing procedures. Key Responsibilities: Operate multiple
machines utilized in plastic product manufacturing Collaborate with
packers to uphold production flow Monitor production lines and
conduct regular quality assessments Maintain a tidy and safe work
environment Assist with the packaging of final products as required
Adhere to written and verbal instructions accurately Complete
additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Capability to lift up
to 50 lbs without assistance Previous experience in machine
operation is necessary Exceptional attention to detail and quality
assurance Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding
instructions Comfortable with working overtime, including weekends
