Job Description:
Job Description ?nin Staffing is currently hiring for a Welder
Set position. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting
up and operating welding equipment, performing accurate welds, and
working as part of a production team. This is a full-time
opportunity with potential for growth and long-term placement. Work
Experience Proven Welding Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of
experience in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding, with the ability to
produce strong, clean welds. Technical Knowledge: Ability to read
and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
Equipment Setup: Skilled in setting up welding machines based on
job requirements, including adjusting gas flow, voltage, and wire
speed. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, weld
integrity, and visual inspection of completed work to ensure
compliance with specifications. Safety-Oriented: Knowledge of and
adherence to workplace safety procedures and personal protective
equipment (PPE) requirements. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up
to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and work in
physically demanding environments. Communication Skills: Ability to
follow verbal and written instructions and work well with team
members and supervisors. Certifications (Preferred but Not
