We’re looking for reliable General Production Workers to help keep
our galvanizing line running smoothly and safely. You’ll be part of
a long-standing, union-supported organization known for stability,

PLEASE READ This position follows a high-commitment rotating
schedule that is essential for production: 12 days on / 2 days off
Weekend availability required Initial training takes place on the
night shift Must be comfortable with long hours and consistent
attendance over extended work stretches This schedule is ideal for
individuals who prefer structured routines, predictable overtime,
and consistent workdays. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll
support the full galvanizing process from start to finish. Daily
responsibilities include: Operating and overseeing galvanizing line
systems such as payoff equipment, cleaning units, zinc baths,
cooling sections, and wire take-up machinery. Loading raw wire into
the line and maintaining a steady, efficient flow throughout
production. Checking wire for correct coating thickness, uniform
diameter, surface quality, and proper zinc bonding. Making routine
adjustments to speed, tension, temperatures, and coating settings
to maintain product requirements. Safely handling zinc ingots, flux
compounds, and other production materials. Performing basic
maintenance tasks including equipment cleaning, jam clearing,
swapping out worn parts, and reporting mechanical concerns.
Following all safety rules—PPE, lockout/tagout, hot-metal handling,
and situational awareness are essential. What Makes You a Great Fit

past manager specifically confirming attendance Ability to work
near molten zinc and in elevated temperatures Willingness to train,

Work Environment You’ll work in a large-scale wire manufacturing
facility centered around hot-dip galvanizing. Temperatures can be
high due to molten zinc kettles, and some areas may appear hazy
from continuous machine operation. Awareness of your surroundings
is critical, as the workspace includes heat, chemicals, and heavy
machinery. The team is supportive, and the company is open to
varied language abilities. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent
position based out of Kent, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for
