Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
wood products, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join
their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential
part of the manufacturing process, supporting the efficient sorting
and stacking of wood materials. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic,
which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title:
Production Associate Location: Sterrett, AL Pay: Starting pay
rate:$15.00/hour Eligible for $1 per hour pay in crease at 30 days
with good attendance Eligible for $200 bonus when hired full time
after 90 days Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What's the
Job? Sort and stack wood materials efficiently and accurately Lift
and move up to 50 pounds regularly to support production needs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety
protocols and procedures at all times Assist team members to meet
daily production goals What's Needed? No prior experience required;
training will be provided Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
consistently Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work
Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Must be able to adhere to
safety standards and procedures What's in it for me? Starting pay
