Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
wood products, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Production
Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will
be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production
line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention
to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: 2nd Shift Production
Associate Location: Hartselle, AL Pay Range: $19.00/hour Shift:
Monday–Thursday 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Friday 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, with
some required Saturdays What's the Job? Operate machinery and
equipment to cut wood according to production specifications Stack,
sort, and organize wood products for shipment or further processing
Assemble pallets with power tools and hand tools Maintain a clean
and safe work area Inspect materials for quality and report defects
or issues What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
Ability to read a tape measure Ability to stand, bend, lift, and
perform repetitive tasks for long periods Ability to work in a non
climate-controlled environment Strong attention to detail and
commitment to safety Ability to work scheduled hours, including
