Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 2nd shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: 2nd shift Machine Operator Location: Sterrett, AL Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00/hour Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM What's the Job? Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently during the assigned shift Read and interpret tape measures and other measurement tools accurately Lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly to support production needs Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Assist in quality checks and report any issues to supervisors What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly Basic reading and measurement skills, including tape measure reading Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to work the scheduled hours and follow safety procedures Previous manufacturing experience required What's in it for me?
