Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and
production, is seeking a Lead Master Scheduler 1st Shift to join
their team. As a Lead Master Scheduler 1st Shift, you will be part
of the Operations Department supporting production scheduling and
process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive
approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Lead Master Scheduler 1st Shift Location:
Leeds, AL Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00/hour Shift: First Shift (6:00
am to 4:30 pm) What's the Job? Lead and oversee all activities
related to scheduling sales orders and opening work orders for
production. Design production plans, coordinate manufacturing
processes, and ensure optimal resource utilization. Review and
maintain system requirements to generate accurate forecasts based
on production needs. Analyze and recommend adjustments to
production schedules considering raw material availability,
equipment status, and customer demand fluctuations. Collaborate
with internal and external teams to communicate schedule changes
and ensure timely delivery of orders. What's Needed? Strong
organizational and analytical skills with a focus on continuous
improvement. Ability to review and interpret production data and
KPIs effectively. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for
master data management and reporting. Excellent communication
skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. Willingness
to participate in team meetings and contribute to process
