This position ensures efficient production of biomass pellets, essential for our energy generation processes. The operator will monitor equipment, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to all regulatory compliances. Operate pellet mill equipment and monitor the production process to ensure efficiency. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Maintain accurate records of production data, including volume and quality. Adhere to safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency. Proficiency in operating mechanical and electronic manufacturing equipment. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills. Understanding of production procedures. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
