Accountabilities / Responsibilities The Director of Revenue
Cycle Operations is responsible for the leadership and management
of the Business Support Coordinator (BSC) team along with
implementing and measuring performance improvement initiatives
across 130 ambulatory surgery centers. He/she will focus on
enhancing business operations at each of our centers through
analysis, training, and implementing revenue cycle “best
practices”. He/she will be responsible for creating a standard
communication and implementation approach for our partnerships.
He/she will provide daily management of the BSC team and coordinate
field facing activities and communication.
Manage Business Support Coordinator team
Design and implement revenue cycle “Best Practices” across SCA
Monitor facility performance, create improvement plans, and
implement process enhancements
Coordinate field facing communication on revenue cycle systems
Work closely with facility leadership to resolve business office
Establish and measure performance goals for revenue cycle
Communicate project barriers and successes
Provide performance updates to the Vice President of Revenue
Cycle Operations and other corporate executives
Frequent communication with facility Administrators and Business
Qualifications The minimum requirements and preferences are
5 years of healthcare administration or consulting
Experience managing large teams and implementation
ASC Experience (Preferred)
