About the Role: As an integral leader at Landing, the Head of
Digital Sales will work closely and be aligned with the Property
Success organization and the wider ecosystem including Growth
Marketing, Product, and Member Experience. Clear communication
cadences must be embedded to ensure Digital Sales is building on
the goals for new member acquisition and csat, revenue, talent
development, and continuous innovation and learning.
About the Team: Our Sales team is the educating arm of the
Landing value proposition, driving the ever-growing list of
properties eligible for Landing members. You’ll work with a team of
sales professionals that are changing the way people think about
What You’ll Do: Direct team to create and manage a lead
assignment plan that includes activities for quota attainment.
Ensure Digital Sales Reps and junior managers are supported in
hitting their goals and continually growing at Landing through
mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
Tightly align with growth marketing to ensure demand generation
is targeted and insight is fed back accordingly to enhance our ‘go
to market’ and to improve the level of inbound inquiries.
A high degree of knowledge around conversational AI,
conversational commerce, chatbots, auto-dialing and messaging.
Ensure resource coverage is managed effectively through forward
Consistently review systems and tools to present in-depth
metrics, performance reporting, and weekly forecasts.
Work closely with the product team to implement new products and
solutions to promote performance.
Proficient in solution selling, problem-solving, and
Understand market drivers and work with both clients and company
partners to overcome potential impediments.
Direct team to analyze financial position of each potential
sales and determine the best sales approach.
Create performance goals and objectives; track and communicate
progress. Conduct regular performance evaluations and corrective

What You Need: 6+ years of sales leadership experience in an
inside digital sales environment
Experience with success and overachievement
Strong financial, business and P&L knowledge
Direct experience with Salesforce, Five9’s and third party
performance tracking tools such as Tableau or Looker
Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills
