SUMMARY: The Global Commercial Director – Automotive Aftermarket
will be responsible for coordinating efforts among ADAS projects
and achieving the stated financial and non-financial objectives.
Essential program management responsibilities include
the identification, rationalization, monitoring and
control of the interdependencies between
projects, dealing with escalated issues among the
projects that comprise the program, as well as tracking the
contribution of each project and the non-project work to the
consolidated program benefits. Strong interpersonal skills and
analytical problem-solving a must.
CRITICAL ROLE DUTIES (2-3 YEAR):
Support the launch of Mosaic 3.0 ADAS OEM based calibration
equipment in the Collision repair market in North America, to
ensure customer acceptance. Gain MSO business.
Gain OEM approvals for the product
Launch Adjacent ADAS products: Glass Market
After-market, non-OEM based system
Expand the product globally, with priority to Australia and

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
With a bias for execution and moving quickly, the Global
Commercial Director – Automotive Aftermarket will lead and plan the
ADAS program, meet with senior executives, ensure maximum
efficiency in resource allocation across projects, and among
alliance members. Ensure alignment with company strategic

Manage business alliance contracts and negotiate/update, as

Manage dependencies between projects (OEM – Universal – Hi
Volume – Glass – After Market)
Manage the program’s risks (OEM – Universal – Hi Volume – Glass
– After Market portfolio’s/Alliance member issues/Market
Constantly monitor for gaps in the ADAS program and rectify
Understand global opportunities, work closely with regional
internal and external parties, and develop growth roadmap across
multiple departments to promote OneVSG execution.
Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate
complex ideas and with a good instinct for business. Must be a
people-person who is skilled at impressing clients, satisfying
customers, and keep large multi-dimensional teams working together
in the most efficient ways possible.

Education and/or Experience :
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering or related field
2 years of experience deploying technical engineered equipment
problem solving skills, namely root cause analysis and strategic
2 years’ experience in project management in sales management
for a business to business market
3 years’ experience in working and communicating with multiple
internal and external parties
Relevant industry experience required along with a strong
appreciation to Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS)
Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot
